If you are interested in booking us for your special event, please contact us via phone or email to verify
the date you have planned for is available. Click "Contacts" to reach a Professional Planning Consultant.
If your date is available: To lock in a specific date for an event you are planning, you will need
to do the following:
- Print the General Application and complete it.
- Mail signed and dated application to our mailing address.
- Include a minimum $100 deposit (check or money order)
The Wedding Reception and Music & Activity forms may be filled out at your leisure. We will go over them
in detail when we meet in the future.
